Engaging South Florida Youth

The DuMond Conservancy at Monkey Jungle provides a unique, immersive learning environment—one that is inclusive in nature and engages young people from various communities, including those from local economically disadvantaged areas and those with intellectual disabilities. These individuals work and study alongside professionals and university students, thus affording them the opportunity to enjoy life transforming experiences sparking aspirations in the STEM fields (science, technology, engineering & math) or to more productive lives in general.
